Individual Treatment can be tailored

the client can practice the techniques learned.
Group Treatment involves tools which
rotates every ten weeks. In group the person can learn techniques to help him
or her cope with anxiety, acquire knowledge about causes, and gain control of

Feeling nervous is a natural reaction to stressful
situations; however, for some people, persistent, overwhelming and irrational
symptoms affect their daily living, at which point, intervention is needed.
Anxiety takes many forms including:
- Fear of certain situations and stress about
uncontrollable environmental factors, including family panic attacks

- Obsessive Compulsive behavior
- Post-Traumatic Stress disorder
